Ce mois-ci, pour l’episode 18: IA 2027-2030 et la Nouvelle Économie M2M

On va se le dire franchement : le “humain dans la boucle“, c’est en train de devenir le passé.

L’économie d’agents IA machine-a-machine (M2M), c’est pas du futurisme – c’est maintenant. Puis les chiffres nous le crient haut et fort : 95 % des projets pilotes d’IA en entreprise ne livrent aucune valeur financière. Pourquoi? Parce qu’on essaie de faire fitter l’IA dans nos vieux outils faits pour des humains. 

Les 5 % qui scorent? Ils donnent a leurs agents une vraie autonomie économique.


Ce vendredi, on plonge dans ce que j’appelle la physique de l’abondance : l’IA comme énergie cinétique, Scrum at Scale comme protocole de coordination de l’essaim, et Bitcoin comme rail de règlement instantané sans permission. 



Je partage aussi comment notre agent Adrienne roule comme Product Owner proxy pour six équipes Scrum qui sont 350 % plus rapide et efficace qu’avec les trois PO qu’on avait avant.

25 ans après le Agile Manifesto, pourquoi tant d’organisations échouent encore à livrer de la vraie valeur ?
Cet épisode assume une posture claire : nous vivons une anemoia collective cette nostalgie d’une révolution du code que peu ont réellement incarnée.
Pendant que les modèles de gestion de projet classiques continuent d’imposer rigidité, contrôle et illusion de prédictibilité, une nouvelle vague de développeurs et d’entrepreneurs avance autrement.

Scrum, intelligence artificielle et craftsmanship deviennent les leviers d’un système vivant, orienté apprentissage, adaptation et résultats concrets. Ici, on ne célèbre pas l’agilité comme un dogme.

On questionne ses dérives, on expose ses contradictions et on parle de systèmes plutôt que d’objectifs, de valeur plutôt que de processus, de leadership basé sur les preuves plutôt que l’idéologie. Un épisode sans nostalgie naïve, mais avec une vision lucide du futur du travail et de l’agilité en 2026.

I Remember in November 1999 when McAllister and Jean-Yves asked me to build a Scrum Team and become their Scrum Master.

We did it in secret of the PMO and VP IT.  
And, We won!
We deliver 3x faster than all other project team.

2000 the dot com bubble crash, I was a Agile militant over undenet, MIRC and remember that message I recieved to go sign the manifesto for agile software developpement and start uncover news ways of working, together, and teach it to all.
